For me, enjoying the game at max settings is worth way more than getting one or two kills more each match. If its down to your slow hardware, and you dont have another choice, then I have no problem with it. People who do, should be ashamed of themselfs. I for instance could not look at myself in the mirror if I would use exploits in a game no matter wich wich would give me an unfair advantage above other players. Well if you have at least a little bit of dignity left, you will play at the best settings you can play at.
To expand on how much it kills shine, here's the "nuclear" sun everyone complains about on Reinhard with white inverted at My view to the fact that that many people use ULQ even though their PC is capable of running the game on higher graphics. Kinda like a slightly grimier version of the normal with a nearly imperceptible touch of Borderlands. It also looks pretty damn sexy, I prefer it to the standard off its aesthetic merits alone. It's not perfect An affordable graphics card costs less than some people smoke in one month I've set it to Reinhard for planes, which seems to improve those just by coincidence, as well as improving spotting.
I just use binoculars without grass as stop gap measure. It's probably the most unbalanced, inconsistent, poorly planned, and executed game, that I've ever played. Honestly if you care about balance that much and inconsistencies War Thunder isn't the game to play. I personally play on high and don't care about the issue with low resolution. I have been playing for a while now with the highest settings, but i noticed i get sniped by people using lower settings, couse they wont have as much effects like smoke tress and so on blocking their line of sight.
